I did install Alienware Command Center that was on the dell website for the alienware alpha. It was listed in the Windows 8.1 section so I'm not sure if it was the most recent one but it is 4.0.48.0. Thankfully this piece works just fine. Afterwards, I another install of the Hivemind software and same result. Alpha rebooted into my main windows account, started Hivemind automatically from my
